About Paul Baldwin
Paul Baldwin has been a pastor and business leader for 30 years. His primary work has been investing in hungry leaders who have a deep desire to have a big kingdom impact in their immediate contexts, whatever place or space they work in. Paul holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Organizational Management and a master’s degree in Education and Counseling from Cal Poly State University. He has served as a consultant, coach, and church planter across the United States.

Paul serves as the executive pastor at the Miami Vineyard Church, a large multi-cultural faith community in southwest Miami, Florida. He leads a team of 40 staff, 400 volunteers and 6,000 members in addition to his role at a national level coaching executives in various contexts.
He and his wife, Becky live in Charleston, South Carolina.
